I developed a welcome email journey for TF Solutions to help introduce new customers to the brand and provide useful information throughout their first interactions with the business. The journey was designed to create a consistent and engaging experience, combining clear messaging with on-brand visuals across a series of email communications. I worked across the creative direction, design and production of the emails, ensuring the templates were flexible enough to work across the different stages of the customer journey.
